She's the best! The home which we sold had been a rental for apprx. fifteen years. As such, it needed additional work prior to be placed on the market. Susan was extremely helpful in navigating through significant issues such as repairs, renovations, etc. I appreciated the easy access I had to her throughout the process. Since the home had been a rental and was not occupied, a lot of time and energy was required to ready the house for the market and for open houses.

Susan Buettner is a REALTOR and Broker and the visionary for LifeStyles Realty Group. With an accomplished legal background, Susan brings her experience, sharp eye for details, and enthusiastic personality to the table at LifeStyles Realty Group. After graduating with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Nebraska in Kearney, Susan went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Following her successful law career, Susan transitioned into real estate in 2013. She is also currently pursuing her Master in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. 

Over these past years Susan decided to elevate her career by focusing on something deeper than houses—LifeStyles. Now as the team leader at LifeStyles Realty Group, Susan is dedicated to supporting families searching for their best home and LifeStyle.In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and high school sweetheart, Bill. Bill is also a REALTOR with Realty ONE Group. After moving to Lincoln in 1995 for law school, the two stayed to raise their four daughters. Now, they spend their time relaxing with their daughters and three grandsons, as well as working on their home in Lincoln. Whenever they have the chance to get away, Susan and Bill enjoy traveling to places where the sun is always warm and bright.
