Jordan Ayan is a licensed Realtor specializing in luxury homes with The Lifestyle Collection at Launch powered by Compass. He's a seasoned business professional with decades of experience blending emerging technology with creativity. Jordan's entrepreneurial spirit led him and his wife Jan to co-found Create-It! and lighting.com and develop and build SubscriberMail, one of the first permission-based email marketing companies. He's also a published author of four books and a sought-after speaker, having been invited to speak worldwide.

As a mentor, Jordan has spent time coaching entrepreneurs through Take Two Partners, a consulting firm he started with his wife, Jan, to help others working together, including spouses, business partners, and family businesses. Frustrated with their own personal real estate experiences, Jordan and Jan founded The Lifestyle Collection with their daughter, Ashley. By combining their extensive business and marketing expertise with Jan's design vision, they aimed to disrupt the traditional real estate business and offer a different approach.

Jordan has earned the top designation of Guild Elite at The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. He's also the publisher of The North Scottsdale Luxury Property Report.
