The first communication we had with Samantha was via the internet over ten years ago. We were looking for a vacation home in Sarasota. She responded immediately and picked up on what we were looking for. Within a weekend she took us around to homes and we purchased one. She helped out with recommendations for a mortgage broker, which we used. We were so impressed with her knowledge and work ethic we recommended her to friends who also used her to purchase a home. A few months ago we decided to upgrade to a larger home. There was no one else we would let handle this decision except Samantha. Again she helped with the mortgage, lawyers, moving company and the selling of our home which took less than a week. We moved into our new home two months ago.

Once we decided on a condo in Siesta Breakers, she provided us with comp numbers and then was very helpful with the negotiations and closing.
