This is the 7th home we have bought/sold during our 31+ years of marriage, so I’ve had a bit of experience with Realtors both good and bad. Dee is everything that a Realtor should be and more. In all honesty, I am probably not the easiest person to deal with but Dee took it all in stride. She kept me informed at every step, kept the deal moving along and brought the deal to a successful close. In closing, Dee was honest, straight forward and made the transaction easy. Referred by past client, I called Dee and got a prompt, professional call back. We set time up to meet and tour my house to place on market. Dee was on time for our apt, gave honest feedback, I didn’t feel pressured into signing paperwork, was very comfortable in doing so. Dee made a home todo list and we came up with a time line of updates/projects, home improvements before placing on market. Got my house listed on listing book in a timely fashion, set open house time while working with my crazy work schedule. Found a buyer and Dee made sure things were done correctly and proper paperwork and documents singed. She was at my closing since I move out of state and wired money for me. Dee was AWESOME to work with. When she says she will do something it was done like an email, phone call, getting documents. She came over, did a walk-through of house, told me improvements that needed to be done and help make the place more warm and inviting. The buyer’s agent was crazy and hard to deal with and Dee kept things going in a professional way. The buyer’s agent had plenty of things that could have gone better and once again Dee stepped and made sure things were done the right way. I cannot thank her enough for making my dream come true of helping sell my home so I could move to Fort Lauderdale with job I love and not have worry about two house payments.
