Real Estate Consultant in the Seattle Metro and greater Eastside area for the last 27 years.  I've served on both the local and state Realtor Associations and am a huge military advocate.  I take an educative approach with my buyers and sellers and use my Master Certified Negotiation Expert training to fiercely negotiate on their behalf.  I pay attention to detail and communication is key.  Agent-to-agent referrals is a huge part of my business and I take the time to keep the referring agent in the loop every step of the way.  I am corporate relocation certified and very sensitive to the needs of my clients who are relocating and leaving their friends, family and communities behind.  Being an area expert, I love matching the client and their lifestyles to neighborhood options that would be a good fit for them.  I also have 30+ years property management experience and condominium management from past positions and through owning my own investments and I'm familiar with the 1031 exchange process.  Running my business through 2 recessions, I have short sale and REO experience and take a different approach to pricing, as I treat my CMA's like mini appraisals and use the adjustments appraisers use, based on appraisal classes I've taken and interviewing appraisers on a regular basis, which I believe is the main thing that sets me apart from other agents.  Proving my price on this information does wonders for my sellers and allows me to fully negotiate for my buyers.
