She was there day or night to answer questions for us, from contract minutiae to potential commute times, Patrice will find an answer! Serving to improve the Real Estate experience for, Buyers, Sellers, and Investors along the I25 Corridor area since 2009. Patrice partners with her clients in their real estate transactions to ensure they are as enjoyable, effective, profitable, and frictionless as possible. 

Patrice and her husband enjoy the Colorado lifestyle with their large family of 4 sons, 3 daughters-in-law, and 7 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, skiing, trail walking, and paddleboarding.
