I can't even begin to express my gratitude toward Yvonne and the work that she did to get our house sold. The process was impeccable and when it went to market everything was in place and showed to perfection. Who knew that a 1974 home could look so good. We listed on a Friday, had 3 asking price offers by Monday and it was closed 3 weeks later on a cash deal. About Yvonne

I’m an unconventional innovator who thrives when tackling challenges. I‘m able to see unique solutions to old problems, which in turn helps my customers find their dream home or sell one they have quickly and for a profit.

I haven’t always been a real estate agent, although I’ve always been highly creative and up for any adventure. I am originally from Upstate, New York (south of Rochester, NY) and have lived in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Colorado. For many years I worked for a Fortune 500 electronics distribution company, and in that capacity, I traveled throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. During that time, I held positions in sales, leadership, and marketing which gave me the opportunity to build skills in and a talent for negotiations. At one point, I also owned a general contracting company, which helped me discover my passion for helping people make their dream home a reality. When I moved to Florida, I decided to leverage my strengths and fulfill a long-term goal of becoming a licensed REALTOR®. 

When I began selling real estate in Southwest FL, from Boca Grande through Sarasota, I quickly noticed many homes were either outdated, empty, or needed assistance to appeal to what buyers were searching for and to stand out in the competitive market. Since I’ve always been creative and able to seize an opportunity, I started preparing homes to highlight their best assets, using contractors, furnishings, or décor to meet the dreams of clients. Staging homes in this way helped my sellers sell their home faster and at a higher price. My home remodeling experience helped my buyers find, enhance, and fall in love with their dream home too.

For this reason, I decided to offer a complete solution for buyers and sellers in this area. In addition to being certified as a real estate professional, I am also certified as a professional home stager.
