We contacted John and Rhonda in February of this year to prepare to sell our house. We selected them because they had sold more houses in our area than any other agent. They provided excellent service from the very beginning! They helped us with the entire process, from identifying and prioritizing the work we would do to prepare our house, to helping us find contractors to do the work, to the finalization of the work, listing, and sale. John has an amazing amount of energy and enthusiasm! He was very diligent and in every detail of this process. We couldn't be more pleased and grateful for his excellent, professional help! When we found our new home in June, everything switched into high gear. We went from planning to execution. John met the challenge, and exceeded our expectations.
