Absolutely loved working with Tracie and her group! We just came out of a bad relationship with another realtor and were a bit skeptical of having to go through a similar experience but Tracie was a relief! We were moving from out of state, so our initial communications were phone and email-based and we didn't really know the niches of each community; even without meeting us, she was able to get a sense of what we were looking for and sent us properties for us to love, like or discard. She listened to our comments and was able to efficiently narrow down our searches. Once we met in person, she reaffirmed our confidence in picking the right realtor for us. We quickly found a house that we absolutely loved. It was a surprisingly smooth process from when we put in an offer to the close date, thanks to Tracie. She was able to give us realistic expectations regarding making an offer and the timeline of events that needed to happen for closing. Most of all, she was incredibly prompt to any phone calls, texts, or emails that we sent her way. We felt like we were a priority to her, which every buyer would want. She also knows the areas really well and was able to make a lot of great recommendations. We won't be needing her realtor services again in the near future owing to the fact that she did such a great job of getting us into our dream home!

We actually used Team Diemert to purchase our home 9 years ago and thought so much of Tracie and her team we used them to sell our house this past month. Our house is a very special one and required a special group to find the right buyers. They worked extremely hard to help find the right people and when they did the sale was done.
