About Jenette

Jenette Pavlak is a Real Estate Professional and team member of Surf & Turf Properties, a husband and wife real estate team in the coastal Carolinas. Jenette is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Home Stager. Having fled the cold winters and high taxes of NJ, where she grew up, she enjoy the relaxed pace and coastal lifestyle of Calabash, NC, where tshe now resides. With a BS from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA, Jenette began her career in customer service and later managed a dental laboratory. Family is important and Jenette is grateful for the support of her family that encouraged her to follow her passion for real estate, where she can use her business skills and expertise to assist her clients in making their dream homes a reality. In her spare time, Jenette loves learning how to do her own home improvements and car repairs. She is a member of the local British Car Club. As an animal lover, Jenette supports many animal charities such as the ASPCA and HSUS, along with other smaller organizations. Her pets are a big part of her life and she can often be found at Bark Park South, a local dog park, or walking on the beach with her rescued shepherd mixed breed dog.  As much as she loves to travel and visiting other parts of the world, she knows there is no place like home, and that is the feeling of joy she wants for all of her clients, to see their smiles as they go Home for the first time.
