About Paula

Paula and Chris Adams are founders and owners of the We Live Here TN team at Keller Williams Realty.  We love real estate and the positive impact buying and selling property has on the community, schools, neighborhoods, and most importantly the families and friendships created when a house becomes a home.

Prior to real estate Paula enjoyed a widely successful business career working in the corporate world, non-profit sector, and as an entrepreneur. She was a Regional Executive with a large hotel group, worked at Eli Lilly and Company earning top sales awards, created a position and served as Tourism Director for county government, and has successfully run her own business. Her extensive marketing and sales background combined with a diversity of experiences has delivered time tested and proven methods when it comes to representing you and your property. She has been recognized as a top 5% producer by the Williamson County Association of Realtors, earning the Platinum award for a team in 2017.

The Rev. Dr. Chris Adams was a full-time Presbyterian pastor for over twenty years before stepping away from full-time church leadership to join the team. His doctoral work in the missional church combined with years of experience leading and administrating organizations large and small has prepared him for today’s ever changing business climate and ethics. He continues to explore ways for business and faith to intersect with business development and managing our ever growing team.  

We see ourselves as educators and consultants in today’s real estate processes and believe our knowledge is best when locally focused while versed in all the current national and international trends.
