About Paula

Paula has been selling real estate in the Nashville area for over 11 years, bringing more than a decade of hands-on market experience to every client relationship. Before launching her real estate career, she built a dynamic professional background spanning corporate, non-profit, and entrepreneurial sectors. She served as a Regional Executive for a major hotel group, earned top sales honors at Eli Lilly and Company, created and held the role of Tourism Director for county government, and successfully ran her own business. Her strong foundation in marketing and sales, paired with diverse leadership experience, translates into a proven, results-driven approach for buyers and sellers alike. Paula is consistently ranked in the top 5% of producers by the Williamson County Association and has been named Best Realtor, Williamson County.

About Chris

Chris has been selling real estate for 7 years, bringing a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to the team’s work. The Rev. Dr. Chris Adams previously served as a full-time Presbyterian pastor for over two decades before stepping into the real estate world. His doctoral work in the missional church and extensive leadership experience in organizations of all sizes prepared him for today’s fast-paced and ethically grounded business environment. Chris now focuses on business development, strategy, and team leadership—blending his background in faith, organizational growth, and service with a deep understanding of real estate.
