While selling our home Heather helped us collaborate with a new builder, and as first-timers working with a new build, Heather played a crucial role in guiding us through the entire process. Her unwavering availability for all our walk-throughs and proactive assistance in identifying imperfections during our initial inspection truly set her apart. When it came to negotiating the contract, Heather was successful in convincing the builder to cover the title policy, resulting in substantial savings of over $5,000. At closing, the title company was so astonished by this negotiation success that they double and triple-checked the details, citing that it was an unprecedented agreement with this builder. Heather, I don't know where we would have ended up to be honest. She took us out on weekends (the only time we could fly here from NY to look at homes) and showed us all the areas we were interested in, took us to see schools, even book appointments for us to see the school we eventually ended up in (Lovejoy). Heather couldn't have done enough to help us and she is the reason our move here was so smooth. She is very knowledgeable of all areas in the Dallas suburbs we were looking into and didn't rest until we found our dream home. I remember her calling me on a Wednesday to tell me she had found a listing in McKinney and that we'd better hurry because it wouldn't last. Sure enough I flew on Thursday and knew this was the one. Heather and her team deserve more than 5 stars! She has assisted us with the sale of three houses and purchase of two over the past eight years. She goes above and beyond every single time. She knows that these times can be stressful and emotional and is so supportive in every way. She has never pushed us to settle for anything and in fact, has done the opposite. With our last purchase, I was ready to take the plunge then and there. She knew that this was a big downsize and change for us and asked the hard questions to make sure we were really making the right decision. It ultimately was.
