We wanted to buy a house in Miami area with a preference for Miami Beach. But we live up north and did not have many days to dedicate to the process during our visit to the area. Kathy was simply fantastic, she dedicated herself to finding us the right house. She listened to us, showed us property online so we could weed out listings and then gave us plenty of her time to visit what we wanted. And on the last day of our short visit (7 days) we put an offer on the house we wanted. After the sale, we asked Kathy to be our representative so we could rent the house since we will not be moving right away. Kathy has been on top of everything from finding a great tenant, to making sure the maintenance work is done around the house. Our lives would be much more difficult if we did not have her.
