About Randy

I started my business career after obtaining a degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. I established my own construction company and built and remodeled homes for nearly 19 years. In 1986 I began my career in Real Estate sales, leveraging my extensive builder background to further my new found career path. I began my real estate career at Century 21 after attending a career night with a neighbor I thought, Real Estate would be fun. I convinced them to hire me (My First Sales Job) and worked Construction from 6 AM till 3 PM and honed my Real Estate skills from 3 PM till 8-9 PM. I was hooked! I Sold a house within my first week. I ended up Rookie of the Year. By my 3rd Year I sold $15 Million and decided to join RE/MAX and bought a Franchise and expanded my production to over $40 Million in annual sales and remained the Top agent in the State for 10 Years. I decided to moved to Florida in 2000 and joined RE/MAX Partners as a Consultant and Recruiter. I then moved to Marco Island in 2004 and joined The Sandlin Team at RE/MAX as Team Manager. In 2005 I went back into sales and joined Keller Williams where I remained until 2011. I later branched off to start my own brokerage with a partner called "In Florida Properties Inc". I'm exited to be rejoining RE/MAX again, which is the company that has launched my successful career and has enabled me to Help Families Buy or Sell their Homes and provide my Family with a comfortable living. I was on the board of Children's Home Society for six years and I am currently involved with Golisano Children's Hospital and the Children's Miracle Network. I'm Blessed to Love what I do and I look forward to continue to serve others and put my 32 Years of experience to work for you. I found SW FL a beautiful place to live, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, boating and sunsets. Patti and I are blessed to have 6 beautiful daughters and 12 wonderful grandchildren and 1 very special Golden Doodle named Portia.
