Sharon did an awesome and professional job selling my house.She staged it with some color to make it look great and then got lots a professional photos of it for the listing. My house had multiple offers in just 2 days and I sold it the third for more than my asking price! We previously had our home listed with another well established local Real Estate firm for six months but no sale.We then decided to list it with Sharon Cook who we had initially used to locate the home in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Sharon's skill and determination went to work and partially staged the home and did an excellent job of advertising. We got a firm offer within 14 days of the listing that lead to the sale. Sharon is very people oriented, i.e. will check on the home when you are no longer in town, and makes a point of being on site for scheduled inspections.
