About Shelly

Shelly has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She is a second generation Realtor in her family and was born and raised in the industry, taking pride in being an expert on the market. When she is not with clients, you’ll likely find her reading up on the latest trends and forecasts, previewing a new home on the market, or attending a seminar to gain additional insight. Her market knowledge is an asset she continuously fosters. Her extensive marketing and negotiation experience is unmatched in the industry. She received her B.S. degree in Marketing with Suma Cum Laude honors from St. Cloud State University and has had the opportunity to work with Fortune 100 companies and negotiate multi-million dollar contracts. Shelly was born and raised in Woodbury and now lives in Afton with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening in her yard and going for walks. You may also find them boating on the St. Croix River under the summer sunshine. However when the snow is flying, you’ll likely catch them on the ski slopes!
