Specializing in luxury home sales and new construction in the cities of Brentwood, Franklin and Nashville, I have represented many high-profile clients including top level executives, music celebrities, custom luxury home builders, and players for the Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators.  I am honored to be one of only about 50 agents in Middle TN, to have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation and to be a member of the Million Dollar Guild.  I have been on the sales and development teams of some of Middle Tennessee's most successful residential developments including:

Guiding buyers through the often complex new construction process from concept to completion is another one of my strengths.  I enjoy being involved from the ground up assisting with everything from finding the right location, selecting your builder, negotiating the best deal, drawing plan concepts, attending meetings, monitoring the progress, and the closing of your new home.

On the personal side, I enjoy a variety of fitness activities, interior design, landscaping, traveling to new places with my loving husband, Ron, and supporting my favorite local sports teams:  Titans Football, Predators Hockey, and Nashville Sounds Baseball.  I also love participating in local community events, St. Philip Catholic Church, Greater Nashville Realtors Assoc., Williamson County Assoc. of Realtors, and spending quality time with family and friends.  Helping give back to the community is an important part of my philosophy.  Besides working hands on with various non-profit organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Anointing Fire Ministry, I also donate a portion of every real estate transaction to help support Make A Wish Foundation.

Originally from Michigan, I moved to Nashville in 1995, and am proud to call Nashville home.  After graduating from Western Michigan University's business school earning a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing and Communication, I held the position of Marketing Product Manager at Kirsch Company.  My strong marketing skills, analytical ability and desire for client satisfaction were a natural fit for my move into real estate when I came to Middle TN.
