About Trish

Trish Myatt is a Broker with Benchmark Realty in Franklin, TN.  She began her career in 2004 and actively pursued her Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Special and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. 

Being involved in local, state and national real estate organizations is very important to Trish. She has served on the Board of Directors for both her local and state Realtor associations.  Trish is also a solid contributor to the Realtor Political Action Committee supporting the rights of all homeowners.

A native of Middle Tennessee, Trish can share the history and growth of the region to help you make the best decision in your housing search.  She has cultivated a strong repeat and referral business and is always thrilled to meet new clients and introduce them to the area.   After a long career with American Express living in Boston, Ft Lauderdale and Key West, Trish understands the challenges of relocating to a new community and building a life.

When not selling real estate, Trish is an avid traveler and loves nothing more than visiting Disney & Universal with her extended "Great 8" family.  They love traveling with 3 generations of extended family and finding lots of fun for everyone.  The beaches of South Florida and the zaniness of the Florida Keys are favorite spots .
