Our experience with Sherwood and Diane was nothing short of excellent. While listed with another agency out property was on the market for close to three months with no sign of a buyer. From day one of joining forces with Sherwood and Diane we could tell that things were about to change drastically. We were proven to be correct, evident by the fact that within a few days of being represented by Sherwood and Diane there was a bidding war waging between two potential buyers. By the end of week one the property was under contract! In their leisure time, Sherwood is a sports enthusiast and a retired bodybuilder who still actively trains and understands the value of discipline. He is proud to hold the 2010 title "Mr. North Carolina" State Bodybuilding Champion. He and Diane enjoy the coastal lifestyle and can often be found enjoying family, friends, biking and long walks with their Bernese Mountain dog, Samson.
