Because of this skill-set, she was able to show Rob the best homes for the money and to give him guidance on where homes are going to appreciate due to geographical market trends, new industry, and future growth. Conversely, Joyce was able to direct him away from sections of the metro and suburban areas that have historically been problematic related to resales and diminished values. Again, this was extremely useful information for anyone regardless if they are first-time buyers or experienced in the due-diligence process of purchasing real estate. In closing, I would like to personally thank Joyce for the excellent job that she performed for my family. She went beyond her professional duties to ensure that my son received the personal attention that he needed and she made it look so easy. My only regret is that she was not compensated more for all of the time she registered to help us to find his home.
