2 years ago when I was looking to move to bradenton, I randomly chose Linda to show us around. Well, she was wonderful. About Linda

I'm a 4th generation Sarasota native. My maiden name is Alderman.In fact, there is a street off OrangeAvenue near Pineapple Avenue with my family name"Alderman Street".

I moved to Coconut Grove in the late70's and in 1981 earned my Florida Real Estate License. I practiced Real Estatein Windermere Florida from 1998 to 2007 andthen my heartstrings pulled me back to my hometown of Sarasota.

I got involved in land development,while in the Orlandoarea, which is the root of planned unit developments. This brought anotherlevel of experience to my career in Real Estate. I was responsible forimplementing and overseeing the operation of multiple projects. These projectsincluded standards and schedules as well as direct liaison with engineers,surveyors, contractors, vendors, utility providers, and local governingagencies related to development of land and lots. As a result, I look atcommunities in a more multifaceted way.

On a more personal note, creativity hasbeen important to me all my life. It is my life thread and serves as a balancebetween my personal life and my professional life. I love cooking, painting,singing, my animals, and spending time with my family and friends. Being aRealtor for me is not just a job, but rather, investing needed time with myclients and seeing the rewards it brings to everyone involved when selling orbuying a home.
