We have done quite a few purchases and sales on real estate properties so we know quite a few realtors and some of our friends are also realtors. About Charu

Between my work at the Bank, my role of being Mom to 3 kids, then as an owner / operator of a Small Business, and next as a Realtor, life has been a constant learning process.

And I like it that way! My real estate career started out at Keller Williams in 2003, where I learnt a lot about the industry. In 2012 I moved my license to Benchmark Realty LLC.

My goal is and always has been to stay focused on my clients needs, and help them differentiate between needs and wants. I want to be able to find the right fit for all my clients. Help them make an investment that they will be proud of.

Specialties: I have done very well in negotiating contracts, espescially in New Construction. In addition to that, helping students find homes near Vanderbilt University has also been a large part of my business.
