About Adrianne

Adrianne Grant, a native of South Carolina has been a resident of Atlanta for the past 30 years. She is a founding partner of  Value Source Appraisals, Inc. and has extensive knowledge of the many cities and neighborhoods across the metro Atlanta area.
 
Her areas of speciality include luxury homes as well as first time homebuyers, single family, condominiums and investment properties. She believes that there is no place in the south quite like Atlanta and owning real estate here is one of the great privileges this city has to offer.
 
Adrianne’s creative, enthusiastic and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and character. Her intention is to understand her client’s needs, and build a relationship that will last over the course of time.
