Kristen and her team were great and very accommodating of our desire to maintain social distancing and masking protocols during our home search and closing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We had a virtual walkthrough of multiple properties and once we made our selection she arranged for our inspector to conduct the inspection and we met him only briefly to walk through key findings. I had the pleasure of meeting Kristen during the winter of 2020. My husband and I were looking for a house in the rotonda west area. Finding a house affordable in that area was a harder task than I ever imagined. Kristen was the… best person for that job. She was so professional and steadfast with the task. Knowing our budget and what we insisted on having in our house was no small task. We liked her kindness and professionalism so much that we decided to stay loyal to her even though we had many other realtors reaching out to us. I sent her many properties we were interested in and she did the research and was always honest with us, telling us the pros and many times the cons of the properties. She searched for us for a year. She came to us in August with a potential to make an offer on a property that she knew we would love but it was missing one key component. My husband insisted on a pool. This house did not have a pool. She, again, went above and beyond and found out that a pool could be added and a wall we didn't like was able to come down. Fast forward to a month later, we made an offer...Kristen set us with a bank and title company and just like that, we closed on the house within a month. If you are looking for a place and need someone who is going to do everything they can to find you what your heart desires, Kristen is your person. About Kristen

I grew up in Narragansett RI in a neighborhood called Bonnet Shores.  Our home during the week sat on a double lot overlooking the Jamestown and Newport Bridges.  My parents wanted me to have the benefit of the best school system and back then there was no choice.  You went to school where you lived.

Every day after school my grandfather would prepare my lobster cocktail and lemonade so I could do my homework on the swing chair that provided beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.  On the weekends we would go to our property in Richmond RI where we enjoyed 150 acres of land and a beautiful 5 acre pond.  I loved inviting my friends to swim, fish and boat on the pond.  Ice skating parties with bonfires were the best times and I still remember them fondly.

Little did I know or understand at the time that I was living a luxury lifestyle.  It's all I knew and when it came time for me to live my own life and be responsible for it, I wanted to enjoy that lifestyle and share it with those I loved.

Real estate became the ideal business for me.  I am strong, independent and entreprenuerial.  I care deeply about my customers and I live by the golden rule.  I keep my focus on the relationships and doing what is in the best interests of my customers and success is the natural outcome.

I LOVE my life in Florida though admit I go back to my home state of RI to enjoy the fall foliage and other seasons when I am able to leave the business.  My husband David Conti is my partner of over 25 years having joined me in the business about 2 years after I started because I need help.  We have skill sets that compliment each other beautifully and we enjoy being together every day.

Travel and photography are my passions when I am not selling real estate.

I also work with hedge funds, banks and government entities in the disposition of their assets.
