Bonnie was amazing! I was referred by a friend while deployed and from the moment we made contact Bonnie was great... she asked for my wife's info and started the house hunting process with her. Once I was back stateside we made an appointment to view homes in the local area. Bonnie told us to take the first day and drive around... I thought that was very odd that she would have us drive around looking at homes without her. However, that turned out to be the best thing we could've done. We ended up eliminating 9 of the 12 homes we had picked, which made day two very productive. Bonnie was extremely knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind. Being military we don't always have all the time in the world to research and shop around. Given the timeframe we had (1 week) Bonnie helped us navigate the VA process (first time home buyers) and had us under contract by day three. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else and I would recommend her 10/10 times to anyone who values there time and money. Recommendation: Take the day to look around... you'll end removing homes that looked nice in pictures but NOT in person off your list. Making the second day more productive
