What do Clients Say?

We were immensely pleased with Lisa's handling of the sale of our horse farm. She gave us excellent advice regarding the pricing and marketing of our property, which was tricky because it consisted of several separate parcels. Lisa is a dedicated professional with impeccable "people skills". Her talent for dealing with the kinds of difficult situations that can arise during a complicated sale were often what kept the process on track. Lisa's negotiating skills are excellent; she helped us get a good price for our farm and a really good deal on our ne property. She always kept us informed and made sure that we were comfortable during every stage of the sale. On top of all this, Lisa continued to show our property during the early stages of the pandemic and made sure to accommodate all potential buyers no matter the day of the week or time of day -- including one showing on the day before Christmas Eve! Lisa truly does go above and beyond in every aspect of the sale process. Anyone who works with Lisa as their agent will not be disappointed.

Lisa is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has the highest level of integrity. Lisa never rushed us to make a decision and encouraged us to consider all options. She has shown the same level of professional and dedication to my son when he was searching for a home.

We very much enjoyed working with Lisa. She was always positive, upbeat, and helpful. Lisa was always available when we needed to be in touch with her and answered every one of our questions no matter how small. She did her utmost to get us the best deal possible and was a tireless advocate on our behalf. We definitely recommend her to other buyers (and sellers) as their realtor. We love the new place we have and we couldn't have gotten it without Lisa!!

Lisa is amazing and restored my faith in real estate professionals. It's really hard to find a combination of integrity, expertise, and responsiveness in a realtor - Lisa is the epitome of all of these characteristics (and by the way, she's also genuinely friendly too!). Not only would I work with her again on a home purchase, she will be the first one I call if I sell a home. If you want to avoid the usual experience of not knowing where you stand with your home sale or purchase, use someone else. If you want to feel like you are in the hands of someone who cares about your decision and your money as much as you do, work with Lisa. Absolutely awesome experience!

Lisa is by far the most helpful and patient agent I've ever dealt with. We moved from NJ and were not that familiar with the area; Lisa not only guided and knowledged us about the environment, but also helped us find the best house for our family. We can not be happier with Lisa. She has both met and exceeded my expectation every way. She is very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, she truly cared about our needs from a house and ultimately found the best one for us! I sincerely recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking for a property. Mai

About Lisa

As a lifelong resident of the Williamsburg area, I have built many personal and professional business relationships through my network of friends, family, colleagues and clients.  I have spent the last 16 years as a licensed real estate professional, in Williamsburg and the surrounding counties of Central Virginia and Hampton Roads, first as a realtor and now as an Associate Broker in our Coldwell Banker Traditions office.

I started my business career by establishing and managing a regional restaurant.  While raising my children I made the change to running an equine sales and boarding facility from my home stable.  Through these sales and service industries, I came to understand the importance of excellent professional customer service.

I strive to find positive solutions to challenges with creative, out-of-the-box strategies, giving my clients a trustworthy partner in their real estate transaction.  My commitment level to my clients as well as effective collaboration with my professional colleagues has earned me a remarkable reputation in my community.

It is an honor to work with my clients to broker a seamless real estate transaction, whether helping a first-time home buyer, a seasoned investor, or anybody in between find the home of their dreams.  I am humbled when my clients consistently say I have restored their faith in the real estate process.  I understand the excitement and stress involved with buying or selling a property and the level of attention each particular client needs and expects.

I specialize in Luxury and Lifestyle homes and especially love working with Waterfront and Equestrian properties.  Also, as a certified Institute for Luxury Marketing specialist, I can help clients determine and highlight those exceptional property features.  I have personally lived on an Equestrian Estate for 15 years and currently live on a navigable local river, which leads to the Chesapeake Bay.

Real Estate is more than what I do, it’s my lifestyle, it’s who I am!  When you love what you do, it’s easy to do a great job.
