Following a couple stays in Pinellas County, we decided early 2016 to buy a house for our holiday and our retirement. After months of fruitless search we were connected with Emil Veltre, and it changed our research. Emil quickly connected us to his search engine and had our local contact visit homes that met our criteria of location, size and price. As soon as we spotted what would become our future home, Emil was very present and very active to convert the dream into reality. He took the lead in drafting our offer, to negotiate with the seller and arrange or advise us in all the steps that we had to perform. All transactions, from the submission of our offer, the inspections and the final closure happened within one month. Even when he had to authenticate our signatures in France for a final document in English, Emil found the solution to have it done by a French notary (to remember for French buyers and it's free). In conclusion, we have been very fortunate to be able to entrust our project to Emil and we can only advise you to do the same. Besides being a very nice person, he is an excellent real estate professional in the Tampa Bay and Clearwater Beach areas.

Emil was extremely helpful in assisting our relocation to the Tampa/Clearwater area. I had used Zillow to locate homes for sale in a particular area. Emil provided additional listings based on his knowledge of the area. After going to look at a house I had found on Zillow, Emil suggested I look at a house for sale directly across the street. I loved it.. we ended up buying it! When I asked Emil why that house did not show up for me, it was because the house cost less than the low end of my search. It was a great buy at a great price. About Emil

Emil’s first career was in Pharmacy, graduating from St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, and as a Pharmacist his main passion was to help people. Real Estate has provided him with another avenue to do just that and this is where The Real Estate Pharmacist was born!

Investing in Real Estate since the 1980’s, Emil decided to share his knowledge and expertise with others. In 2009, he changed the focus of his passion for helping people with their healthcare to their financial well-being; initially helping fellow Pharmacists sell their life's work and then as a Real Estate Consultant helping families realize the American Dream of Home Ownership.

Emil's commitment is to make his clients’ real estate experience as stress-free and as seamless, as possible. As he caters to both Domestic and International clients Emil has pursued and achieved his CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation.  As a CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Guild Member, he specializes in Luxury and Waterfront properties in the Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas, however, Emil will help anyone who needs his help, near or far. His integrity, dedication, attention to detail and negotiating skills will give his clients the best opportunity in realizing their Real Estate goals.

Emil is very involved with his Clearwater Beach Community, volunteering for the many events throughout the year and is always looking to give back to help others without hesitation.  If it’s for a good cause, Emil is there!  He has also served on both the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. In 2018, Emil received the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Outstanding Real Estate Services Award.  Emil enjoys the outdoors whether it is riding his bike, kayaking, taking a walk or just relaxing on the beach and he is a PADI-trained Scuba Divemaster.
