Greg was fantastic all around, I will forever sing his praises. We were referred to him by friends of friends and he was great from the start. We were moving down to Miami from DC and he very quickly set up a conference call with us to get an understanding of what we were looking for as well as the general lay of the land of where people in our age range, income range and personal interests, were living. He then set up some search parameters for the areas we were looking for, worked with use to set up times with the brokers for the 2 trips we took down to Miami to see places in person. When the right places weren't on the market on the days we were in town, Greg went above and beyond by traveling to new properties that were listed and would FaceTime with us from the properties. The place we finally settled on he artfully negotiated to win the property out from another suitor.
