Paul DeSantis is an accomplished broker associate in the South Tampa office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty located in Hyde Park Village. Originally from New Jersey, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida. Paul planned

on attending medical school but decided to pivot and pursue a passion for real estate immediately upon graduation.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2005, he has had a distinguished track record of success in both the Tampa Bay and Sarasota luxury real estate markets. Paul has participated in over 600 closed transactions and has earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild Elite recognition for experience, knowledge and expertise in million dollar and above residential properties. Paul has been a resident of downtown Tampa for over 9 years and has been passionate about the “live, work, play” lifestyle of this emerging and highly desirable location. Beyond real estate sales, Paul has enjoyed growing his family of 5 with his wife Kyle, a medical professional at Moffitt Cancer Center. He and his team have also been involved over the years with the Children’s Cancer Center and their valiant mission with families. Paul’s other lifelong passion is for ice hockey. He’s an active player currently involved in several competitive men’s hockey groups around the area and lives within walking distance to the Amalie Arena, where he has been a season ticket holder for the Tampa Bay Lightning for many years.
