Kim was amazing through the buying and selling process. She had priced our house to sell but at the same time accurately valued the upgrades so the appraisal came back right on target. The Lowe & Welch Teamstarted in St. Louis, Missouri when Kimberly Lowe and Tara Welch becamechildhood friends. They developed a relationship based on trust and a genuineappreciation for life that has lasted for 30 years. 

Both Tara and Kim graduatedfrom Arizona State University which served as a spring-board to tremendouslysuccessful careers in the health-care industry. Although they collectively earned multiple awards for professionalismand sales acumen, they each transitioned from those careers to focus on thedevelopment of their families for a time. However, active minds, a natural interestin real-estate, and a long-standing relationship organically developed into an amazing collaboration, the Lowe & Welch Team.
