Tricia did an amazing job for us. First, the property we were selling was difficult to value due to its unique characteristics. She spent three months working on the valuation. At one point we even brought in an appraiser but his results were only the starting point. During those three months she also guided us on preparing the home for the market. She recommended a fantastic contractor and stager. When the house went on the market we received three offers in the first few days, one being a full price cash offer. Then the covid shutdown hit and the buyer backed out. Tricia was unfazed and in a few weeks, this is during the lock down, we were in contract again. Getting into contract is one thing but getting the transaction to close is another. Tricia kept her cool while dealing with a buyer's agent who was erratic, abusive and uncooperative. Again Tricia kept her cool all the way through. Even after the close Tricia was on top of some title company errors and again stuck with it until everything was corrected to our satisfaction. At every step of the transaction Tricia was there with expert advice and unsurpassed judgment. Her negotiating skills are superb, she skillfully signaled encouragement to the buyers while keeping the price well within our desired result. When everything was done the final price was 25K above what I was expecting. I can't recommend Tricia enough.
