I think it's safe to say that everyone in Vancouver has a realtor friend, well actually, a few realtor friends :). But I don't think many realtors will stake outside of the seller's home on the night of submitting offers for 4 hours to secure the deal for the buyer. Alan is such a person. He was an engineer working in Europe before. So he has a systematic approach, and is meticulous in taking care of the details. He listens to clients needs and work with you patiently to satisfy them. He is professional and smart, anticipates problems, and give sound and reasonable advice when problem arise. If you need a realtor, Alan has my most whole hearted recommendation.
