Dennis Marsh is a broker and partner with Coldwell Banker Charles Marsh Real Estate. A third-generation Realtor, Dennis follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, who founded Charles Marsh Real Estate in 1958. Having grown up immersed in the family business, it was only natural for Dennis to pursue a career in real estate. He has been a licensed real estate professional for well over a decade. His loyalty, passion, and commitment to the real estate community are second to none.

In addition to his work as a Realtor, Dennis has played an active role in the real estate board, serving as Executive Director from 2013 to 2017 and as President of the Sudbury Real Estate Board in 2017. Most recently, Dennis became a proud member of the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce for the 2025–2026 term.
