What do Clients Say?

Martha was recommended to me by a very successful commercial real estate investor in Colorado Springs. From start to finish, working with Martha was a wonderful experience. I had some specific areas I wanted to buy a home, but I was all over the map when it came to what I wanted. Martha was really able to dial in on what my greatest desires were in a home, and she showed me great homes. Honestly, Martha found me my dream home, and it was not on my radar during the process. Martha walked me through each stage of the home-buying process, and even talked me off a few cliffs, when I just wanted to give up my search. She is kind, she listens beyond words, and she is knowledgeable. I am overjoyed with my home that Martha found me. I would highly recommend Martha Marzolf as a real estate expert!

Musette Grage-Buyer

Martha found our current home for us. We were getting ready to build when she alerted us about a new listing that was perfect for our family. She saved us from the headache of having to build. She also sold our former home and is the listing agent for our lot. She is a great communicator and very trustworthy.

Anita Lane- Buyer and Seller

Martha helped us get the perfect house in the area that was best for our lifestyle. Negotiations were a little tricky but she saved the deal. She also took time to introduce me to the area and some great restaurants!

Martha was our realtor for the purchase of two homes; one before we first moved to CO, when she cleared her schedule to show us all the appropriate homes on the market in our one week timeline, and the second time, years later, when we decided to downsize to a townhouse and one-floor living. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the processes of buying and selling, and we know her to be honest and trustworthy. What we valued most, however, during what could be a stressful time was Martha's quick and calm responsiveness to phone calls and questions. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
