About Rica

Rica Greenwood’s work ethics originated from her parents.  With their focus on the American dream, her parents worked hard, saved their money to leave a third world country with the entire family.  Once arrived, Rica adapted quickly and immersed herself in the American culture and learned the English language.  Due to her tenacity, she graduated middle and high school with honors.  She then furthered her education as an out-of-state student at the University of Texas in Austin, paying for her own tuition for a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Corporate Communication. Upon graduation, Rica began her career as a professional buyer, but she always dreamed of being an entrepreneur.  In pursuit of this dream, she obtained her Texas Real Estate License and later advanced with a Broker’s License.  Rica works tirelessly for her clients and always strives for excellence.  Rica's clients often compliment her grit, her knowledge and her negotiating skills, resulting in a 90% repeat and referral business.  She welcomes challenges and is always up for the most complex transactions.  As such, she has earned a few nicknames: ‘Pitbull and The Go-Getter Broker.’  Additionally, she is so passionate for real estate that she was involved with ABOR MLS (multiple listings) committee for 3 years and the Global Advisory Group and Ambassadors.  Importantly, she supports the community through countless volunteer hours and donations. A few charities dear to Rica’s heart are: Austin Pets Alive, Capital Area Food Bank, Dress for Success, Lampasas Community Cats, and Sunshine Kids, just to name a few.  Her vivaciousness is found throughout her business and her personal life!  Want results?  Hire Rica!
