What do Clients Say?

Amy has guided me though at least 4 real estate transactions in Florida. She advised me on the steps I needed to take to secure my purchase, negotiated the price, read all my legal documents, did my closing and assisted in recommending lenders, appraisers and Insurance agents. She always makes me feel secure and organizes the purchase to where I just need to sign and I am all done with no headaches.I have referred my family and friends to Ms. McGrotty and have always had very positive feedback on how she helped them look for properties, or sell their property, and how she advised them.I will always use and recommend this professional, kind and amazingly organized real estate agent. Ms. Amy McGrotty will help you to Find or Sell your Property from start to the day you get the keys in your hand. She is the Best I have been with yet.

About Amy

Amy has served as a real estate attorney and title agent before delving into real estate sales.

Since her start into real estate, Amy has overseen thousands of transactions in multiple roles. Now, she is a full time Realtor and experienced investor who still owns multiple investment properties of her own throughout South Florida. She and her team of top professionals specialize in working with selective clients seeking South Florida Living that best suits their needs. Her main goal is to help her clients experience a drama-free and turnkey journey to the laid back lifestyle they deserve, which is exactly why she’s known as The Realestateologist.

Beyond providing a super smooth experience for her clients, she is also recognized for giving back to her community. She has worked with Justice Teaching, a Florida program that teaches schoolchildren the concepts contained in the U.S. Constitution. She has volunteered for the Tracey McPharlin Pro Bono Project to represent foster children in dependency cases, and has assisted Legal Aid to provide free estate planning to veterans.

When she isn’t calling all the shots to a perfect process, Amy enjoys a few experiences of her own, like playing the Japanese Taiko drums, blacksmithing, working on her investment properties, or breezing through the waterways to scout properties by boat.
