Cindy Quinn did an amazing job selling my unique salt water canal property close to Anna Maria island. Her professional photographer came to my home within a day of signing with her and my listing was up and available in just a few days. The pandemic hit and we temporarily removed the listing. Within a few weeks Cindy showed me that many homes were going under contract and asked to go forward with the listing again. Within 48 hours I had a buyer. If I would not have listened to her I would have missed the opportunity. Her negotiating skills are top notch and she is in the business to get the deal completed. In addition, I am purchasing a new residence with Cindy and she offers incentives if you sell a home and buy one utilizing her services also. In today's competitive market it is important that a real estate agent has a great social media presence and the correct certifications to sell targeted listings. She did a fantastic job.
