We were only allowed to select one 'service provided' but the list of services she provided is very long. Let me first state to you that if you are looking for a friendly, supportive, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and determined real estate agent then look no further. Let us explain why.First off, she came highly recommended and lived up to that billing every single day. She took the time to know what we were looking for then found homes that met our criteria. After finding the home we were looking for she provided a list of helpful individuals from inspectors, plumbers, load officers, insurance agents to help us move through the process smoothly. We do mean smoothly. Yes there were bumps in the road but we overcame each one as they occurred as a team. She was always ready to answer any questions or track down the answers quickly and accurately. This was critical as many decisions needed to be made quickly.Here is an example of her dedication, we are closing the day after Memorial day (tomorrow) and are doing our walk through on Memorial day (today). Not only did she help us in buying a home but she assisted us in getting our current home ready as a rental. Once again her advice and team of suggested contractors, insurance agents and rental software to find and screen potential renters was instrumental in getting the house renter ready.As we mentioned in the beginning she did all this work and did it with a positive attitude and a smile. I know we drove her crazy at times but she persevered and helped us reach our goals. Thanks Kristin. We could not recommend her enough. About Kristin

For over a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers in Colorado achieve their real estate dreams and I love what I do!  My passion for real estate, along with my innate ability to understand each client’s specific real estate needs, has allowed me to match my clients with their ideal properties.  I partner with each client and serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions unique to each client’s goals, preferences, and priorities.  

After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I moved to Colorado in 2001 and obtained my Real Estate license.  Currently, I serve as a Broker Associate and Partner at The Group, Inc. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Loveland/Berthoud Board of Realtors.  In 2018, I earned the designation of a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).  

My unique approach, along with my expertise, has launched me into spearheading some significant real estate transactions in Northern Colorado.  With each transaction, I aim to exceed my client’s expectations by utilizing my excellent negotiating skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to drive outstanding results.
