She not only knows the Real Estate market she knows the general principals of contract law. She graduated top 10 of her class in a prestigious law school in Chicago. I can’t recommend Allison enough to anyone looking to buy a home… I felt comfortable with her on the phone before we had even moved here. From our first in person meeting it was obvious she was no different in person, she is a joy to be around and makes you feel as if you are her only clients… In the end, I have to give credit to Allison for working so hard to get us the house we wanted, we couldn’t be happier!“

If you are looking for a top notch realtor, look no further than Allison. We were recommended to her by a friend and could not feel more lucky. My husband and I relocated to Arizona area in October and were eager to learn the area and find a home ASAP... She was with us every step of the way, including negotiating and staying on top of all aspects of the homeownership process.“

Allison Cahill is the BEST of the BEST- a magnificent realtor and one of the finest individuals you will ever come to know. She is genuinely warm, assertive, knowledgeable and insightful. She is passionate about real estate, any volunteer opportunities to help others, as well as taking exceptional care of her family. On top of that, Allison is a numbers genius :) She can run numbers in her head before the rest of us can even get a piece of paper and a pen. Her prestigious education in law undoubtedly helped shape her ability to think quickly and be an effective negotiator and a professional representative for any clients of hers. Allison is well-connected, respected and admired among the community. We witnessed that wherever we went... people always knew her and they were excited to come up and greet her, be it professional acquaintances or personal acquaintances. She is a pleasure to know, indeed. After extensive realtor research, we chose Allison to represent us in finding a home in the Scottsdale area. In our case, we were initially impressed by her background- very intelligent and knowledgeable. We were moving from Dallas, TX. In addition to all of the countless hours she spent researching and communicating with us, she committed 2 full weekends to show us prospective homes. We were her priority those weekends and we were grateful for her time spent with us- showing us and telling us all about the different areas. More than finding any home, Allison wanted us to find 'the home'... our home. After one day even with Allison, she became more like a family friend. When the home was purchased, as excited as we were to have the home of our dreams, I would've bought another house from her just to hang out with her a little longer :) We're overjoyed to be here. Allison will be our only realtor in this lovely town. We're so happy she represented us! TOP NOTCH!

I dont know where I can begin to describe the excellent excellent excellent experience we had with Allison. From the first ever meeting we had with Allison where she wanted to know all about us and what we liked and what we are looking for to our last day of closing Allison has been such an amazing support system through it all. Days before our closing we ran into some trouble with title company and even though Allison had an international trip coming up she was on the phone with almost everyone she could get on the phone trying to sort things out for us. I could go on and on about Allison frankly but in short anyone who chooses to work with her will have made the BEST decision they could in their real estate journey. I wish I could keep her all to myself!! We are really happy to have met Allison and along with a beautiful home that she helped us build we are more grateful to have found a life long friend in her.
