Doug was patient throughout the process and did not make us feel pressured to buy. He reviewed our criteria regularly to make up-dates, if needed. He was flexible with his time while adjusting to our schedule. He maintained a positive outlook during the house searching process. Doug has been our agent twice now, he helped us buy our current home and sell the one we moved out of. He was phenomenal both times! He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he had sold and how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Doug made the process incredibly easy and provided all the information we needed and answered all the questions we had. Within 2 day of our house being on the market we received 2 offers and were able to ratify a contract in a week. Doug was a great mediator during the negotiations process and remained extremely calm and patient even though I was freaking out. We will recommend Doug Earlenbaugh to everyone we know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
