About Janet

My career is focused around all matters pertaining to luxury real estate. In 1992, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. My career began in South Florida working with Gianni Versace on the design and construction of his renowned South Beach estate; Casa Casuarina. I soon combined Project Management with my Professional Interior Design and continued to work on notable celebrity homes such as Cher's La Gorce Island Home which eventually landed me in Malibu, CA where I managed the design and construction of Cher's Malibu "PCH" Estate.  With my career focused on creating unique estates and residences for successful professionals and celebrities based in South Beach, Washington DC, New York, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Laguna Beach, Morgan Hill, Houston and Nantucket I was determined to round out my career by adding another element to the selective services I was providing my clients.  I started traveling to the Prescott Area of Arizona in 2004 and became a full time resident in 2007 when I married my husband.  When I relocated to Prescott; I obtained my Arizona State - General Contractor's License and brought my Interior Design firm to the area.  In May of 2015; after 23+ years in high end design & construction, I felt it was finally the right time to expand my career further thus I obtained my Arizona Real Estate License.  My first escrow was an amazing home in Talking Rock Ranch which sold for just under $1mil only two short months after obatining my llicense in 2015.  I know that my expertise in design and construction is a unique added benefit when working with buyers and sellers.  In addition, because of my vast experience in the creation of luxury homes I bring a fresh edge and different concepts to clients who are looking to purchase or sell luxury real estate.  In September of 2017, I became the Director of the Prescott Luxury Home Tour.  In 2019 I obtained my designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  I became a Broker in May of 2019. My experience, dedication and professionalism has placed me as one of the Top Producers in my market.  Real estate is not just my career; it's my passion and this combined with my 30 plus years as a luxury designer and specialty contractor sets me apart and brings an added benefit to my clients.  I truly have a formula that enhances the buyer and seller experience.
