We wanted to list a town home in a small community that had multiple units sitting on the market w/little movement. We felt we needed to be very strategic in selecting an agent and agreeing to a listing price. What we got in Dawn Sams was a very savvy agent who was very thorough in her due diligence and provided us with her best advice given the available market data and then LISTENING to our thoughts and devising a plan to get the property sold. We knew she would succeed in finding a buyer when other units in the community had not. She did, in very short order! The great representation did NOT stop there. Since we had already relocated to the west coast, things could have gone for a toss if we didn't have such a Pro representing us once the offer was made.
