About Frank

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Commission as an Active Duty line officer.

After fulfilling my initial 5 year post-graduate commitment, I resigned while stationed in Seattle where I had been a Watch Officer in the Regional Search and Rescue Coordination Center planning, coordinating and dispatching SAR ops and assets in the Northern Pacific waters from Alaska to Oregon.

Working a 24 hour day on with 3 days off offered me large chunks of time that I filled as a “part time” licensed Real Estate Broker. By the time I left the Service, I had become a top producer for a regional multi-office Real Estate firm.

In short time with a partner, we opened the first of two boutique firms I would ultimately own and operate in the  Eastside of Lake Washington Seattle Market. At one point we had over 10 agents with my partner acting as Designated Broker while I operated as our consistently top producer.  I’ve been in the Real Estate business full time since then at one point also owning and operating  a residential Appraisal Firm.

Now in the Methow Valley for almost 3 decades, I continue building relationships with buyers and sellers, lenders and appraisers, neighbors and friends.  I’ve served on several local elected Boards including The Methow Housing Trust and the Okanogan County Electric Coop. I’m currently in my 20th year(and counting) as a Board member of the Methow Valley School District.

I live on a small horse farm in Mazama sharing it with my partner, horses, dogs, cats, and rock chucks.

When you offer me the privilege to represent you professionally, I commit to actively listen and to always offer you the benefit of my single-minded advocacy, results proven advice, and hard-earned experience.
