My experience with Tracey was great! I needed an agent that would put my needs ahead of her own, and that is what I got with Tracey. The process was long and arduous (twelve months), with a significant and unwelcome hiccup involving a septic system. Through it all, Tracey never lost the faith, and never pressured me to lower the price for a faster sale. She gave me good advice, but was never overbearing or patronizing, though I have very little experience with real estate and surely tried her patience at times.
