Ann King is President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, one of the most dynamic and respected real estate firms in Northeast Florida.
In her role, King leads the firm’s brokerage divison with nine offices and 475 real estate professionals. Additionally, King oversees the company’s marketing, digital innovation and brokerage expansion efforts. She also works with Founder Linda Sherrer to advance new builder business and support the company’s community philanthropy. The Northeast Florida real estate firm has a long-standing tradition of supporting the communities it serves and actively contributes to numerous charitable initiatives throughout the year.
King has served as Vice President of Brokerage since 2018. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty in 2007, and quickly became a top producing Realtor specializing in luxury homes in St. Augustine and the beaches area. She was appointed Broker/Manager of the St. Augustine office in 2009 and began managing the Murabella office when it opened in 2016.
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, King spent nearly a decade working in retail management with an emphasis on marketing and merchandising. Those experiences provided the foundation for her commitment to exceptional customer service, outstanding negotiation skills and dedication to community and charitable initiatives.
King is a graduate of Flagler College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and illustration.
