Buying a house can be intimidating to say the least, especially when it’s your first home! It’s easy enough to talk to a lender and get approved, money and financing is easy to understand. Knowing what you want in a home is simple enough as well, but knowing all the little odds and ends and small things that can eventually lead to bigger more expensive things when buying and owning a home is frustrating enough. My first interaction with Megan was on the phone after I submitted a simple request that I was interested in a certain home. I received a phone call from a realtor that for the life of me I cannot remember their name. That individual was ready to go ahead and schedule an appointment for me to view that property the very next day. A few minutes later I received a call from another realtor to let me know that the home I was interested in was under contract and no longer available to view. After about 10 minutes on the phone she asked the simplest questions and started working on finding my new home for me. I received available listings of homes that had what I was interested in within an hour. My wife and I picked a home that we thought we were really interested in the next day and she scheduled for us to view that home within our time restraints not hers. When we arrived at that home she never presented it in a negative light but did point out things that might affect our future in that home as well as the hardships of trying to resell it. Even the small things that we would have never even thought to consider. A week later she scheduled a few more viewings for us and we picked a home that was perfect for us and even lower than what we were at first ready to spend. In all it took us about 8 weeks from the first phone call to the actual closing of our home. Every phone call, text, or email that I sent her she responded within a half hour. She was detailed with all the paperwork even beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. From day one and even after we closed Megan made us feel as if we were her only client and the only thing that mattered to her. It never once felt as if she was simply doing her job and trying to get paid. We found a realtor and made a great friend. Whether it’s your first home or your tenth, there’s no way I’d ever suggest using anyone other than Megan. There’s not enough stars on this app to rate this lady and the experience and service we received from her!

Megan was a wonderful realtor for us especially for us as we were moving from out of state. She quickly focused on homes that met the criteria we were wanting to see. This saved us a lot of time since we only had a weekend to look. Our new home in Franklin is the perfect match for us. Megan negotiated a fair deal on the house considering repairs that needed attention. She went over and above helping us by letting painters and a HVAC company in before we moved in. In fact, Megan was a wealth of information in recommending the best businesses to use for our remodeling needs. Best of all she always follows through when she makes a commitment and is an excellent communicator. We would use Megan again for all our housing needs.

This is the second time I have worked with Megan and her team! Megan gave some pointers on what to do and not to do to list my home. Once I gave her the word, she took over and had pictures, inspection and listed in a matter of days. Only on the market for less than a week with 8 showings, feed back from other agents as to what may help etc... and a CASH offer which we accepted! Megan didn't stop there! She helped with some insight in the negotiation and most importantly listened! We spoke about my goals and targets and she took those in to consideration in the counter offers. Closed in the same month! SEAMLESS!

We had lived in our home in Nashville for 14 years. Once we decided to move and started working with Megan everything went on auto-pilot! I had a ton of questions in how the process would go and she always had the answer. As we were purchasing our new home without selling our current home the financing was somewhat tricky and she helped tremendously in staying in communication with the seller and bank and facilitated the inspection and subsequent requested repairs. She was on top of everything! She will be listing the Nashville home and I would not work with anyone else at this point!
