We originally hired Siobhan to lease our property, which she did quickly and professionally. We received a premium to the market at the time and received exceptional service. In 2013, we again hired Siobhan to sell our home and again had a great experience. Siobhan was well informed about the market (and specifically our community), current comps, and how best to position and market our home to achieve top dollar. She handled all of the details - including managing existing tenants - flawlessly. We ultimately sold the home quickly and at a great price (high-end of the market at the time).
