Patti helped us get the most money for a home we were selling. She is very passionate and was detail oriented from the wonderful pictures to the description of our house on the internet. She was very professional in handling both the sale of our home and helping us to purchase our new home. I could not imagine anyone else handling our big purchases like she did. I can’t say enough about How great of a realtor Patti is!

It doesn’t get any better then Patti! This is our second time using her in the last 3 years. As expected she was nothing less then phenomenal. Both times she orchestrated simultaneous closings one being in a different county. If your looking for someone who will get sh!+ done. Look no further then Patti Alvarado!!!!!

Patti is an amazing agent. I've worked with several agent over the years and Patti is there most helpful and responsive. I highly recommend her. About Patti

I come from a family of realtors, my father and his wife having been in the business for more than 50 years. After graduating from Tulane University with a degree in Psychology, I moved to California and began my work in real estate. Once my husband and kids came along, I shifted focus and began working in childcare so I could be with my children more of the time. I continued working with children, first in a daycare setting and later in child social services, for the next 15 years. My family relocated to Gainesville in 1993, where I began my career in sales. After receiving my Florida Real Estate license, I have not looked back! My greatest joy is finding that perfect match between a family and a home. My clients will tell you I will work tirelessly to make that happen for you. In addition to the regular work-week, my clients can always reach me on evenings and weekends. I realize that buying a home can be stressful, and I work to make the process as smooth as possible.
