Eric was referred to my partner and I through a mutual colleague/friend and we could have not asked for a better experience. Our process started six months before we even committed to purchasing a place, yet Eric kindly gave up a Saturday to show us places in different areas of South Miami and Coral Gables, both in and out of our price range. By the time we were ready to purchase, he had gotten to know us well enough to find what we wanted within one day of viewings.
