We began working with Lisa on the last weekend that I was allowed to fly of my pregnancy with our third child. We flew from Chicago to Florida to check out the homes in the Boca/Delray area as we were considering relocating. In one day, Lisa helped us to get such a good feel for the different neighborhoods and styles of homes that we were able to zero in on a specific community by the end of the day. When we went back to Chicago and decided to make the move, Lisa would visit the homes available in our desired community and report back. We trusted her to know our preferences so much at that point that we made an offer without seeing the home ourselves! She knew the market well, negotiated in our favor and once our offer was accepted, we flew down to see the home, new baby in tow. Because of complications on the seller’s side, the purchase took a little longer than expected and there were some curve balls, but Lisa was by our side, helping to make things as smooth as possible. We are so happy in our new home and so grateful that we can spend our weekends as a family, enjoying our new neighborhood rather than looking at homes to buy as so many people who relocate end up doing. Lisa is a pleasure to work with!!!

Lisa Wennick is a native Floridian who specializes in luxury coastal properties. With experience buying, selling and redesigning multi-million-dollar properties of her own, Lisa's passion for real estate grew and she began helping others attain their real estate dreams and goals. As her passion for the business grew, so did her knowledge of South Florida's many beautiful neighborhoods. After working in the mortgage industry in NYC, and living abroad for 20 years, she is uniquely suited to handle the needs of South Florida's global clientele and is in tune with the needs of the local and international investor. Extremely knowledgeable, while at the same time patient and friendly, she remains focused on producing results that leave her clients happy and with the secure sense that their goals have been met with diligence, resourcefulness and compassion. Lisa grew up in Connecticut and then returned to Florida to earn her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg. After graduation, Lisa spent the next two decades living in Japan and London. Her experience overseas instilled a love of not only the classical, but all things unique, chic and beautiful from architecture to landscape design, culture and food. Her travels serve as inspiration for her career and understated, elegant lifestyle. Lisa and her family now make their home in Delray Beach.
